Not at all. Put the old one away, set PUHUAN down, scan to connect in the app — you're done in about 30 seconds. You can even import your existing feeding schedule with one tap.

What happens if my Wi-Fi goes down?

The devices keep running on their last saved schedule. Once the network is back, data syncs automatically. For power outages, the built-in battery lasts up to 15 days.

Will it mix up my two cats?

No. We use weight difference + behavior pattern + RFID — three layers of identification. Even cats that weigh only 200 g apart are tracked separately. This has been validated in thousands of multi-cat households.

Will my pet be scared of the machines?

Most pets adapt within 3–5 days. The litter box operates under 40 dB — quieter than an air conditioner. The dryer holds a constant 38°C and starts on the lowest fan speed so they ease into it.

Can I return it if it doesn't work out?
